I made these cupcakes for Germana and Roger's Superbowl XLIII party. I used a chocolate cream filled cupcake recipe from Food and Wine Magazine. The chocolate cupcakes turned out a little drier then I hoped, but the cream inside helped. The frosting was a buttercream. I used chocolate covered almonds and white icing for the footballs.

sorry i missed them. wish we could have mad it. things have been crazy busy here lately. they look so yummy!! are the foot balls goobers or something?
